Prices and tax

The price of each plan is listed in Vietnamese dong on the Plans page. The listed price is the amount the customer pays: it includes value-added tax where applicable, and no fee is added at payment. Any transfer fee charged by the customer's own bank is paid by the customer.

Accompanying expert services (if any) are priced and taxed separately on the order. When the price or conditions of a plan change, Scnro gives at least 20 days' notice; an order already paid keeps the price and conditions at the time of payment.

Payment method

Customers pay by bank transfer, scanning the QR code shown at checkout. The money goes directly to the bank account of Danang Aqubit Lab Co., Ltd. (Công ty TNHH Danang Aqubit Lab); the account holder's name is shown before the customer transfers.

Scnro does not accept cash or cards and never asks a customer to pay into a personal account. Any refund is sent by bank transfer to the same account that paid.

What is sold and how it is delivered

Scnro sells two things: the Advanced plan and packs of Scnro Pennies. The number of Scnro Pennies, the benefits and the price of each are shown on the Plans page.

The Advanced plan is active for 30 days from the moment the money arrives. If it is bought while a plan is still running, the new period follows the current one. The plan does not renew by itself: when it ends, the organisation returns to the Starter plan and no data is deleted. The plan's monthly Scnro Pennies do not carry over to the next period.

A pack of Scnro Pennies adds the number shown on the order to the organisation. They are spent after the monthly Scnro Pennies and expire 12 months after they are added; the expiry date is shown in the portal.

An order shows the Scnro Pennies paid for and the bonus Scnro Pennies added on top. Bonus Scnro Pennies are promotional: they are spent like the others, but they are not converted into money and are not refunded.

Only an owner or admin of the organisation can place an order.

Payment steps

Step 1. Choose a plan and review its name, the number of Scnro Pennies, the price and the Terms of Use.

Step 2. Confirm that you accept the Terms; the system creates the order with its own QR code. The transfer description is the word SCNRO followed by the order code. The QR code is shown for 24 hours; a transfer made later is still recorded against the right order. Each organisation can have at most 10 unpaid orders at a time.

Step 3. Scan the code, transfer the exact amount and keep the transfer description unchanged.

Step 4. The system confirms the payment and activates the order, usually within minutes.

Activation

A plan or pack is activated as soon as the system records the payment. If it is not active after 30 minutes, contact us as described on the Complaints Handling page, attaching a screenshot of the transfer.

Wrong amount or description

Transfer too small: the order is not activated. Within 2 business days of being told, Scnro activates the order if the customer transfers the missing amount, or refunds the whole amount transferred if the customer prefers not to top up.

Transfer too large: the order is activated at its price; the excess is refunded to the originating account on request, within 2 business days.

Wrong or missing transfer description: Scnro reconciles manually against the bank statement and resolves it within 2 business days of receiving the screenshot of the transfer and the order code.

Invoices

An e-invoice is sent to the email registered on the account. A customer who needs an invoice in a company name sends the company name, tax code, address and invoice email to trung.pham@aqubitlab.com, with the order code, before paying.

Reward Scnro Pennies

Some actions earn Scnro Pennies: 40 Scnro Pennies when each person creates their own first organisation; 20 Scnro Pennies to both the person who invites and the person invited, up to 10 invitations a month per inviter; 30 Scnro Pennies for connecting an AI assistant for the first time; 5 Scnro Pennies for signing up with a company email, up to 20 per mail domain per month; 10 Scnro Pennies for sharing, up to 3 a month.

Reward Scnro Pennies expire 12 months after they are added, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred and are not refundable. Scnro may withdraw rewards obtained by abuse.

Supply conditions

Payment is in Vietnamese dong only. The number of members and the number of studies that can run at once depend on the plan in use, as shown on the Plans page.

Scnro may be briefly unavailable because of maintenance, an infrastructure provider's fault or an event of force majeure. Scnro Pennies charged for a task that failed or was cancelled are returned.
