Accounts and organizations

You sign in with a link sent to your email address or with a Google account. You must be able to receive email at the address you use and you are responsible for what is done through your sign-in.

Work in Scnro belongs to an organization. The person who creates an organization is its owner. Owners and admins can invite members, manage projects, API keys and billing; only the owner can delete the organization. Each member is responsible for their own use, and the organization is responsible for the people it invites.

API keys and connected apps

An API key or a connected app acts for one organization, within that organization's plan. Keep keys secret: we store only a hash and cannot show a key again. Calls made with a key or through a connected app are treated as made by the organization it belongs to.

You can revoke a key or disconnect an app in the portal at any time. Tell us at trung.pham@aqubitlab.com if you believe a key or an account has been exposed.

Scnro Pennies, plans, rewards and payment

Every organization starts on the free Starter plan: a monthly Scnro Penny allowance, no card, and no end date. A paid plan (Advanced) has a larger allowance. Each plan's allowance and the cost of each tool are on the Plans page. The monthly allowance resets each period; unused allowance does not carry over and has no cash value. Scnro Pennies spent on a job that fails or is cancelled are returned.

Scnro Pennies can also be bought once in a pack, or given as a reward: creating your own first organization, an invitation, connecting an assistant for the first time, signing up with a company email address, or pressing a share button. These Scnro Pennies are spent after the monthly allowance, expire on the date shown in the portal (twelve months after they are given), have no cash value, are not refunded and cannot be transferred. We may withhold or take back rewards obtained through abuse, such as accounts made only to claim an invitation or pressing a share button without sharing.

A paid plan or a pack is paid for by bank transfer using a QR code, as set out in the Payment Policy. The Advanced plan lasts 30 days from the moment the money arrives and does not renew by itself. Refunds and cancellation follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy page; your rights under consumer protection law are unaffected. If you think a charge is wrong, send a complaint as described on the Complaints Handling page (trung.pham@aqubitlab.com).

When a paid period ends without renewal the organization returns to the Starter plan. Nothing is deleted.

The web Studio

The Studio is a part of Scnro where you write your question on the Scnro page and an AI model that we operate for Scnro asks follow-up questions, looks up sources and calls Scnro's tools for you. It is open to teams on a plan that includes it, or that have bought Scnro Pennies, and may be switched off, limited or changed at any time.

The Studio's steps cost the same Scnro Pennies as the same steps run through your own assistant. The AI model's own work is charged as well, by use: before a study starts you are shown a limit on what the AI may cost for it, the Studio asks you before going past that limit, and the Scnro Pennies charged appear in your usage history. They are charged when each call returns and are not refunded because you disagree with an answer.

The Studio records your agreement only when you press a button on a card it shows. Nothing you type is treated as agreement to a price or a scope. What the AI writes is a draft for you to check, not advice (see What Scnro's results are).

Report links

You can make a link to a finished report. Anyone who holds the link can read that report, as it was when you made the link, without an account, until the link expires (30 days) or you revoke it. Send a link only to people you want to read the report; you are responsible for what you send.

The page a link opens shows the report, your display name (or the part of your email address before the @) and an invitation to sign up. It gives access to nothing else in your organization.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you give Scnro: your questions and briefs, the documents and data you register, and the studies and reports produced from them. You give us permission to store and process that content to provide and improve the service. Staff read it only as the privacy policy describes. You must have the right to share anything you upload or register, including data about other people.

Acceptable use

Do not use Scnro to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to process personal data you are not allowed to process. Do not try to reach another organization's data, to get around plan limits, Scnro Pennies or rate limits, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without our written agreement. Do not present analysis that Scnro did not run as a Scnro result. We may suspend an account or organization that does any of these.

What Scnro's results are

Scnro produces research summaries, simulations, scenario comparisons, synthetic data and draft documents. They depend on the inputs, sources and assumptions recorded with each study, and they are decision support, not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. Lists of lenders, funds and programmes are information, not offers or introductions, and Scnro never contacts anyone on your behalf. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for checking results before you rely on them.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Scnro available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features, plans and prices. A change to the price or conditions of a plan is announced at least 20 days ahead and applies from your next billing period; an order already paid keeps its price and conditions, and if you do not agree you may stop using Scnro and ask for the unused part to be refunded under the Refund and Cancellation Policy page. If we change these terms in a way that matters, the portal will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

Ending your use

You may stop using Scnro at any time, delete your account, or (as an owner) delete your organization from the portal. We may suspend or close an account or organization that breaks these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk. What happens to your data afterwards is set out in the Privacy policy; what happens to your Scnro Pennies and any refund is set out on the Refund and Cancellation Policy page.

Liability

Scnro is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that results are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or decisions made on the basis of results. Our total liability to an organization is limited to the amount it paid for Scnro in the twelve months before the claim. This limit does not apply to a consumer to the extent consumer protection law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your right to complain or to sue.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. A dispute is first addressed by negotiation through the Complaints Handling page; if no agreement is reached you may ask the competent state authority, use mediation, or bring a claim before the competent Vietnamese court. Nothing here limits your right to complain or to sue.
